Light sequencing failure

Anfon at Reading Borough Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 4040714.

Traffic lights heading south only let 2-3 cars through. This is creating a huge tailback, and delays of 45mins. All other directions are letting 12-15 cars through as they should do.
