Drainage Issue

In this location there is excess water on the road when they're shouldn't be. This is due to insufficient drainage. The drainage is over flowing already (when no rain has fallen in say 2 weeks) as it has no where to go. This could be partly due due to the new housing and balancing pond nearby that may be affecting all the flow to these small drainage channels.

It is passable with care normally, but when it becomes icy - then this will be dangerous on the bend of the road and with many walkers also nearby, then it really needs addressing.
