Steps are crumbling outside 180 Haycombe Drive as i have fallen due to this and i am registered for enhanced mobility allowance (PIP) i request for them to be repaired and a handrail be put up as soon as possible please

Steps are crumbling and tarmac is missing causing uneven surfaces across the steps we have two very very large trees which drop leaves all across the steps and road surface making it very slippery. These trees also need to be cut right back, I myself have fallen today landing on my knee and hurting my ankle which is why I am reporting it now. Its an insurance hazard
