I want to inform you about the awful situation on the road at the junction of Wootton Road, Sway Road and Vaggs Lane. I regularly travel this route towards Burley and on that particular corner, especially after heavy rain, there is a very large, deep puddle which must be containing effluent, judging by the odour one gets when waiting at this junction. I am also a cyclist and it is impossible to pass the area without getting sprayed by passing traffic. It is a health issue and someone must get it sorted and cleaned up properly. It could be someone’s septic tank overflowing into the highway.
