Obstruction of access to Craggits Lane from Church Street.

There are no parking restrictions in Church Street which is a very busy access road leading from the High Street into a large residential area. The result is that there are frequent obstructions of the entrance to Craggits Lane. Also, even when there is no technical obstruction because cars can park right up to the boundary of the lane access it is very difficult for vehicles to exit the lane safely because the parked cars prevent clear sight of the road and approaching traffic. In my opinion the problem could be easily addressed by having a double yellow line to extend on either side of the lane entrance by several metres to, at least allow clear vision and to ensure that the authorities can enforce traffic violations in future.
