Cleaning of lane off Heol Ddu called Heol-y-Gwrt

After the recent leaf fall of Autumn our lane is in need of cleaning from top to bottom. I have an elderly Parent who is at the age of 95 years old needs nurses and social services to come and attend to his needs, if we need to have the emergency services at any given time then they are not going to get up the lane or possibly not come up due to the state of the lane

Following the recent cleaning of the lane off Heol Ddu on Wednesday 16th of November, I was sent an Email by my local Plaid Councillor [Tonyrefail ward] which told me that the team that was cleaning the lane were told to stop cleaning the said lane by their boss and that there was need for a Inspector to come and have a look at the Lane-I was also told that a JCB would be needed to clear said lane but I have had no information/correspondance to this matter also I met the engineer that deals with the culverts I was told then that he would get a jet washer up the next day to fix the problem but nothing has been done this is from the same Guy who I met last year who told me that it wasn't their property to deal with and that it was the Landowners responsibility Please could you let me know of any updates via my Email address alunevans64@gmail.com Thank you A.D.Evans

Would it be possible to have the lane recleaned as they are working on the lane on the culvert that needed doing. They've been up the lane today to turn around but unfortunately, they had to back down all the way to the bottom of the lane which brought the mud out from the sides thus making it a mess again-could it possibly be done a.s.a.p. before the frost and ice comes as we won't be able to get up to the Farm

My Local Councillor has recently sent you an email regarding the lane off Heol Ddu and has this morning sent a follow up email regarding the cleaning of said lane could you possibly send me or Councillor Danny Grehan [Tonyrefail ward] of any progress with cleaning and filling potholes on the lane off Heol y Gwrt [Lane off Heol Ddu].
