Have arrived home to find drive partially blocked and footpath fully blocked by the changing of a streetlamp from the old style to the new led lighting.

The hole in the ground is still exposed and you can clearly see the cabling.

Also looks like no shield has been fitted and it is letting a lot of light into the bedroom.

We have not reviewed any notification for this work at all and in actual fact when the light last broke requested it not to be LED without consultation or preventative measures put in place to stop the light into the bedrooms upstairs.
