Entire length of middle of road has ruts and needs urgent repair

There are a number of large and long ruts in the road in-between the 2 lanes and needs repairing, especially the last stretch leading to the roundabout on the eastbound carriage. If a motorbike wheel hits one of these ruts when changing lanes then the rider will be thrown off.

    The council keep sending a generic response saying that the road can't be repaired due to their budget or that it is not damaged enough for them to repair even though the middle of the road is covered in ruts for the entire length! I also noticed that in their response, they have dropped the pin location in the wrong location, so not sure if they are using this as the reason why the road won't be repaired.
