Making a racket as usual on a residential street. boots have their own carpark behind the store, why don't they unload there?

The council has a statutory duty to deal with this !!!!

  • Antisocial behaviour again from Pret A Manger, Byres Road with a large Bidvest Logistics truck delivering at 5.35 am.

    In the past pret have had complaints about early morning deliveries before 7.00 am (legally a statutory nuisance which the Council are obliged to investigate) from the residents above the Class 1 premises operating as a cafe. They are therefore now parking across the road outside 287 Byres Road , waking up the residents here and then pushing noisy trolleys down the middle of Byres Road to Pret a Manger at 268 Byres Road (the corner of Byres Road and Great George Street).

    What is the Council going to do about this ???
