Vehicle constantly parked on corner of blind junction

This vehicle constantly parks on the corner of a blind junction, forcing other cars to drive onto the other side of the road alongside a corner they cannot see around. This has caused numerous near misses and has the potential to cause a nasty accident, especially considering there will soon be a primary school (in the process of being built) right on that corner. Double yellow lines should be put down and the individual concerned should be advised to park elsewhere, especially as they have an allocated parking space at the rear of the property.
