Traffic Lights not sequencing properly

Dispute the huge inconvenience being caused by the fibre broadband contractors who have zero regard for the public, these traffic lights are only letting out 3 to 4 cars pass at a time. Someone from the council needs to visit the site today to view the disruption this is causing.
