Multiple flyposting on safety barriers at main lights junction

This is a well reported hot spot and has been over a number of years now. What chance the council could *pro-actively* note it is a problematic spot on their database, put a flag on said entry and then pro-actively re-check it initially every month, then 3 then 6 until the practice stops. Or is that just too efficient and sensible?

Please note that you still have not tackled the companies that make a living from these illicit flyposters and, in this case, have even put up their own, full-size banner to display their services. Crack down and hard else it will continue for another 5 years, wasting *everyone's* time.
