I am trapped in my house. I can’t get to the shop and into the village. The road on the high street is dangerous. The path is so narrow I can’t get a double buggy through. Then there is such a steep incline into the road that the buggy nearly topples into the road. I’ve nearly fallen into the road when I had my single buggy multiple times. An elderly person wouldn’t be able to pass either. I live on blackthorn rise and apparently they’ve been waiting for Oxfordshire council to approve a s278 for the last 2 and a half years to open up the pathway on to judds lane. This wouldn’t resolve the issue but would mean I’d be able to safely walk to the village. Kirsty smith
