Drain: Adjacent to barrier at Greenaway Lane West, running alongside Lockswood Road.

Leaves blocking to approximately 8 inches from the top of drain. In view of impending weather forecast, should be cleared without delay.

As can be seen from photo taken today, leaves are almost at the top of the drain. Desperately needs clearing please. Sunday, 16 October, 2022.

Drain is now TOTALLY blocked. - There seems to be some confusion re location. The drain is situated at the barrier which fronts Greenaway Lane (West) at the junction with Lockswood Road. As you look at the barrier from Lockswood Road, the drain is on the lefthand side just behind the barrier. It can just be seen at the bottom of the first of the photographs taken today. 2nd photo shows blockage. Other photographs are included to try and show clear location.

This was reported FOUR months ago. Junction of Greenaway Lane (East), Warsash & Lockswood Road. The drain cannot now be seen as it is totally covered with leaves. As stated before the drain is to the left of the metal barrier just to the right of the R/H concrete boulder. It is hard to believe that this cannot be located! Surely the drainage system is on an HCC map somewhere? - I will happily show you the location if you know the door of 29 Greenaway Lane (on the opposite side of Lockswood Road to the drain).
