Cracked and uneven pavement. H&S hazard.

The pavement is very uneven and cracked outside number 34. Another section, by the house on the corner, is being destroyed by the roots of a large tree which is also causing a very large trip hazard it is making it difficult to get by in a wheelchair. An elderly friend has tripped over there already. The pavement needs resurfacing before someone really hurts themselves on these health and safety hazards.
