Litter trapped in uncut grass verges

This epitomises the 'non-cut' or 'perimeter-only cut' big fail. The south side verges, which presumably 'belong' to SEC, are cut and have minimal litter (not least of which as they would have been de-littered prior to cutting). Meanwhile, the GCC north verge is uncut and is packed with trapped litter especially at the highly visible edges. Did no-one think this through in GCC HQ? This is an issue now across ALL of Glasgow. Please de-litter all uncut plots / partially cut plots (as would have happened if they were still being cut). The mind boggles...
