Litter and uncut grass verge

Hi,

Further to my complaint previously about the state of litter and uncut grass verge, I would like to raise another complaint.

Previously I was told that the litter would be cleared on Sandal Ave every Friday, however this has not been maintained by Leicester City Council. A gentleman called David called me me 2 months ago and told me that the area would be cleared every Friday.

In addition, the grass verge has not been cut for over 9 months now. I received an email from Paul Dilkes who advised that it is the builders responsibility, however I have checked with the builders : COUNTYSIDE PROPERTIES who have firmly advised that they no longer maintain the grass verge. It’s very difficult to access cars and especially for young families with pushchairs. There are weeds and broken glass scattered everywhere. Please can this be cleaned and cleared as now with the summer holidays it’s really difficult for the children.
