The property pictured has now been empty for 6 to 8 weeks with no maintenance. The garden is starting to get overgrown and although surveys and pictures have been taken there is no outward sign of it being marketed. I believe the property has been bought by a developer with a view to demolishing it to provide access to the fields to the rear (subject to planning permission ). Given the time scales I am of the opinion the property may be left to degrade and what can be seen is a start to this process (The front of the property has been kept reasonably tidy by a neighbour to avoid drawing attention to it being empty). I am aware this is very early in the process but it could very quickly get out of hand, hence the report.
