Missing legislation plate and line on bath street

The plate (and part of the line) for this loading line has been missing for over 3 years, meaning 3 cars have been parking there for free every day for almost 1000 days. Had there been a plate these cars may have paid for their parking which at £4ph x 8hrs a day x 1000 days (x3 cars) could have earned the council potentially £96000 which could have went towards fixing potholes and improving more environmentally friendly modes of transport. Also it would mean that goods vehicle drivers could use the line as it is meant to be used.
