Broken stank in gutter, directly opposite 40 Barrachnie Road, near corner of Viewfield Avenue.

Hole has occurred, due to a recently broken stank cover in the gutter of Barrachnie Road. This is directly opposite 40 Barrachnie Road, where one of the owners is blind & regularly crosses at this point. The hole is large enough to cause injury to an adult/child/guide dog.

This has still not been fixed, a cone was placed on it when first reported, but the cone keeps getting moved by teenagers and drunks.

This was first reported on Friday 20th of May, and has not been repaired. The cone is now completely disappeared.
Given that it is a standard size stank cover, and does not need to be custom made, why is there a delay in repairing this.
There are elderly and blind neighbours use this as a crossing point, and it needs replacing urgently

Surely the stank cover is a standard part, easily sourced, no need to be custom made
