Truck obstructing the road

Someone persistently parks the truck in Clydesford Drive which wouldn't be wrong if parked closer to the kerb. Usually the driver leaves it parked about 3 feet away from the kerb. When on top of it any car or van is parked on the other side (which usually is the case) the road becomes impassable by a larger vehicle and such ones, including huge articulated vehicles run this way on regular basis. Even when the road is passable there is a huge risk that someone trying to make his way through this may damage cars of the residents parked here. This has been happening for a few weeks here now.
