Flytipped Tyres in and around ditch and more

The items have been tipped into a ditch on BOTH sides of the bridge at this scenic, very rural location. May be an old tip that has become more visible as the water has cleared. Can be seen in the water from the bridge and some carpet / green astroturf can be seen on the water / ditch bank. Hard to estimate size / as some some is in water - but numerous tyres and maybe an area of 2m or 3m or so each side. Only have one photo but didn’t get a pic of the carpet / astroturf.
