Obstructions at junction

On the entry to Frearson Road off Standard Hill there are all these cars taking up half the road and not one of them live on the estate. There is plenty of space on standard Hill to add another parking layby. This is causing a problem for getting in and out the estate and needs to be looked into. The estate also has cars on pavements everywhere even though all houses have driveways. Again, I imagine people abandoning them and walking to their houses elsewhere, unfair to those who pay for the upkeep of this estate
