Charing & George's Cross and road - various issues

St George's Road, from Charing Cross to the Round Toll has many instances of flytipping, overflowing street bins, flyposting, litter on grass verges and in shrubbery, commercial waste dumping etc. In short, it is a shambles.

By far the worst current element, however, is roadwork signage, sandbags, and cones. They are everywhere, few if any seem 'live', and many have been lying for over a year and were previously reported though nothing done of course.

The entire stretch needs a 'deep' clean = checked and cleaned properly and regularly. Please arrange same, thanks.
