Crossing buttons/wait light not working

Since these have been closed and reopened this week the buttons for the crossing are not working on the side closest to the school. One button does not work and on the other side the wait light doesn't work so neither are working correctly. I stood waiting for a good 10 mins for a safe time to cross with 3 under 5s and have seen many others doing the same. As you know this is an essential crossing for the school as well and has been causing large groups waiting to cross.
