Car parking

This vehicle owner is using the pavement as a permanent parking space and has been doing so for 2-3 weeks now. It is on a corner and very close to the junction with the main road. The facilities in the pavement installed for blind/partially sighted pedestrians are often blocked. It is believed the owner of this car resides in one of the houses or flats directly opposite the entrance to Paterson Place, for which there are parking spaces provided at the rear of these properties.
