Potential hazard to passers-by due to failure to maintain the house at 10 Maple Grove

The property has been unoccupied for in excess of ten years during which time it has not been maintained in any way. Some of the roof tiles and the remains of the chimney stack appear to be loose and we are concerned that in a high wind this winter they may become completely detached and fall to the ground, possibly hitting a passing pedestrian. Some of the guttering at the front of the house has fallen off and the remaining guttering does not look very secure.
