Burglary/vandalism of abandoned house

10 Maple Grove CM23 2PS has been left empty for several years now..and has suffered a lot of very noticeable weather damage, chimney falling off, roof tiles too. Apart from being an eyesore, it's attracted a lot of people to look around its grounds/in the windows/take photographs/ring door bells to ask if owner can be contacted... the 'fencing' put up around some of the garden has been breached a number of times. A few months ago motorbikes were stolen from the side of the house by noisy burglars who damaged the fencing and property. Three nights ago the garage was VERY noisily broken into at around 3am... causing the garage door to be badly damaged and the garage roof to collapse. The burglars were not detered by people shouting at them. The owners were told of this latest incident by someone who has their contact details and the garage door was boarded up..

I can not confirm 100% the animal scurrying around when I went to check what had happened after the latest incident was a rat but clearly animals are living in or around the garage.

Can something not be done to get this house sorted out?
