Drains blocked causing flooding

All the roadside drains along Three Bridges Road, Crawley, between Normanhurst Court and North Road are blocked solid from years of neglect and lack of maintenance. They are full of mud and debris with grass even growing out of some! Resulting in them being totally ineffective for the jobs they are designed for. This results in Three Bridges Road becoming a river when it rains. Cars drive through soaking pedestrians but the volume of water could easily encroach onto private driveways threatening flooding to homes/garages. Please clear these drains to ensure surface water drains away as it should.

    Thames Water have cleared some of the drains in Three Bridges Road but not all. Some are still completely blocked, full of mud & debris. Thames Water need to check and clear All the drains not just a few of them. Come on Thames Water! If a jobs worth doing, do it properly please!
