Water leak

Clean water is constantly running up out of the kerb stones between numbers 13 and 15 Chalvington Road. The water is obviously under pressure, it appears to be clean water suggesting that it is probably coming from a leaking water main. There is a large drain gulley close by and most the water is running into the gulley but some is running across the pavement creating a danger when there is a frost.
