Speeding plant traffic, speeding busses, speeding cars

The speeding on Mays lane and the condition of the road is now a priority.. The site traffic from the byepass all speed along here, really heavy plant trucks lorries. All of the lorries coming along the road, all of the busses, all of the cars speed along here, nobody does 30mph on Peak Lane much less in to Stubbington where it has always been 30mph. The condition of the road has been bad and is getting worse, we were told it wouldnt be a priority to reset the drains or resurface the road til after the bypass was finished but the speeding traffic over the drains continue to make the road and houses vibrate, it is all day and all night and now needs to be dealt with as it has been at least 3 years since my last complaint. it isnt just us, all of our neighbours have the same problems
