Taking up too much space with oversized vehicles.

One of neighbours parks his large van in the street taking up multiple spaces. They have now added a trailer and It causes parking issues for residents and visitors. Whilst his main vehicle can be a problem, as a street we understand his need to park it. However, adding more larger items such as trailers is an issue. He also owns an additional van that is also being parked on road leading to the cul-De-sac. The multiple use of spaces causes residents to park adjacent on the road thus dramatically narrowing the street and causing further obstruction. Being able to park close to their homes is a much needed necessity for elderly residents and those with young families/children. Residents have spoken to the person in question but it seems futile and he is unwilling to park courteously by limiting the vehicles he has or parking elsewhere with more space.
