Trees causin havoc again wits

I’m sick of this I’ve reported the trees for years over my mums garden in Mary hill park look wits happening yet again it’s like snow the last 3 days I’ve actually hovered this stuff up and when guy did visit he spoke to my mum not me who has dementia and is 88 where’s the logic . This needs to be sorted the branches overhand badly have done for years and now I’m at end of my tether as my mum is trying to sweep this so I’m putting this in a complaint so it’s noted and everyone see when because if she falls trying to pick this up I’m taking it further all it needs is trees trimmed or cut my please contact me not my mum
