Community block maintenance and repair

Hi,

Just have a few suggestions:

In our block of houses - the grass has been missed and is rather long to the point it is at knee height.

Our block is the only block on Redcastle Estate that has a locked gate which we cannot exit / enter via. Could this be changed as it would be nice to enter the block from the pathway rather than through the car park. I believe this is why the grass cannot be cut as access to the block is difficult via the car park.

At the bottom of the steps outside our block maintenance was recently done where the footpath needed to be resurfaced. There is a long deep hole which still needs to be filled in.
