Speed limit signs along Harts Farm Way

Is it possible for you to add 30mph repeater signs along Harts Farm Way in both directions? The main 30mph signs are easily missed from the Bedhampton and Chichester A27 directions as they are mixed with traffic lights and junctions which take your attention away. Some repeater signs on the lamp posts along the road reminding people of the limit would prevent unwanted aggressive tailgating from people who think its a 40 limit and most likely remove the need for the mobile speed camera van sitting there zapping people who are un-aware of the low speed limit in the area.
