Approaching the central Waterlooville crossroads by bike along Hambledon Road, the route to Purbrook and the south is reasonably well signed. However, there are "no cycling" signs straight ahead and to the left, with no indication (nor any obvious route) for those wishing to cycle on to Havant or Cowplain.
