Cars at weekends parking all along the grass verge making it extremely difficult to pass safely.

The verge is ruined! I tried to pass whilst riding my horse last Sunday & im just thankful he is good in traffic, there were 3 football matches on in the park with cars parked all over the place especially all along the grass verge, it was extremely difficult for cars to pass each other & dangerous.
