Overflowing food waste bin

I have been reporting this bin since October and still nothing has been done to remove this! This bin is situated at the back entrance to my property directly on the pathway which leads to my back gate. It has been sitting here for months overflowing with rubbish which is blown across the area and all over the ground. This is a public health issue, it is a complete disgrace that the council have ignored requests to completely remove this bin. I understand it not food waste inside the bin but it must be getting emptied as it seems to be new items in it, although I can’t be sure..although Iam sure that this bin does not get moved from a bin area of properties in the area, it is there permanently. It’s horrendous that I need to navigate past this pile of rubbish to access my property everyday. If this isn’t removed I will be taking this matter to my local Msp as it is just not acceptable.
