Litter all along Borron Street

Probably one among the most negletted streets in Glasgow. Borron St. is full of litter. Please, I would encourage any council official to drive there and have a look. The council should clean up the street verges and put CCTVs in place to deter people from leaving their rubbish during the dark hours. I sincerely hope someone can help with the problem. The litter is still there and it is getting worse.

The road is still full of filth and litter, especially along the outer bend, where the grass and bushes are now hiding the litter. I saw that someone cleaned up the first 200 metres, near the crossing with Craighhall Road but that wasn't even half of the task. Borron Street is attracting lots of traffic because North Canal Street is still closed, due to road works, and because people need acces to the local gyms, skateboard facility and water sport centre. I would have expected that the local authority would have been a bit more committed to keep the area clean. The loacl authority should send a team and remove all the bushes along the outer bend of the road, and carry out a proper clean up. Thanks
