Litter on verges

There is a great deal of litter all along this road between Clifton Hampden and the Golden Balls roundabout. Please can this be cleaned up? In places, it looks as though paper material could have blown out of a passing bin lorry or similar and has broken down into smaller pieces after rain/snow, as there are quite big stretches of this in places, as well as the various smaller stuff thrown out of vehicles, ...presumably!
