House vibrates when Heavy vehicles and speeding vehicles pass my house

When HGV's, tractors, Vans carry heavy loads and even cars when speeding pass my house it causes vibrations that can be felt inside the house. Looking at the condition of the road (uneven, potholes, recent groundwork) it is not surprising that traffic is causing vibrations to resonate to the nearby buildings. This has been an issue with HGVs travelling at speed for 12months+, but the problem has gotten worse in the last 6 months where most vehicles now cause some form of vibration when they pass, worse so when at speed.
