Raised ironworks on the cycle path near marker post 30/0

There is a drain cover or similar that is proud of the cycle path’s surface that could easily cause a rider to come off their bike. As the path runs so close to the A3 this could be into the path of the southbound lane so is potentially extremely dangerous. It is between marker post 30/1 and 30/0, but is closer to 30/0. It has been like this for a month or so, but with current poor weather conditions and standing water, it is more of a risk as it is less likely to be seen.
