The metal boundry fence that runs up James Road in Chapel Gate Basingstoke, adjacent to the Gazette building, is damaged in two places. Some people are now using the gaps in the fence as cut throughs into/out of our estate. I have reported it to my landlord (Vivid Housing) that owns the land but they believe this fence is owned by B&D Borough Council.
