Deep pothole but not visible in advance before A34 flyover

There are many potholes on this road and on sight (driving towards) this looks similar to others, relatively shallow. But when driving over it, it is deep and cause considerable 'drop' into the hole. It is not possible to miss it with other traffic on the road and because it is misleading.
