New disabled bay in bad position

A new disabled bay has been installed right on the junction on the edge of the double yellow lines stop. Not a great idea, very dangerous as residents have to face oncoming traffic in order to leave the junction. There are parking bays on the other side of the junction, just 3 metres away. Why csnt you install the disabled bay there instead of endangering traffic entering or leaving at this junction? The distance from the junction might not be illegal but the parking bays right next to them make this a ridiculous situation.
