Large mound of cut tree braches

On the foot way labelled on lamp posts PP someone had dumped a large mound of cut branches, between lamp posts PP7 and PP8, at least a fortnight ago By coincidence there is signs on a tree of much cutting, this is on the thin line of trees between the foot path and the houses of Swallow Close, there is a spur at the bottom going off to the left with about 5 houses, adjacent to the 3rd or 4th ..... it cannot have been done to 'enhance their view', more likely to remove bird perches to prevent bird droppings on a vehicle roof
