Serious risk of Road Traffic Accident

There is a bend in the road on which there is a junction with Cross Lane. Immediately after Cross Lane there is the entrance to Moor Top Quarry. If approaching this from the north, (travelling south) the entrance is at an acute angle. Lorries entering the quarry can only do so by being completely on the wrong side of the road to make the turn. As I came around the bend I was suddenly faced with such a lorry with very little stopping time. A second lorry did the same although I had stopped by then. For anyone travelling at the speed limit it would result in an inevitable collision. I do not think the lorries should be allowed to do this.
