Overgrown tree, affecting parking spaces, debris damaging cars

Since having communication with Mid Suffolk District Council and Meadfleet Management company, this overgrown tree is the responsibility of Highways England. The tree that is behind the fence has over grown and is damaging the cars within my household and we are unable to use our parking spaces due to the debris and having scratched paintwork. so that we can park our cars back in our allocated spaces, I politely ask the tree to be cut back. The tree is behind the car park which is for houses 60-63 Buzzard Rise, Stowmarket Suffolk IP14 5JF I am a resident of no. 62. This issue has been going on for many months, we was unsure who's responsibility the tree was. Many Thanks

  • The Pavement in Ipswich Road Needham Market IP6 8EH, has been halved in width from 3ft to about 12inches. People with prams and disablement buggies are having to take to a very busy road to get past. The overhanging bush is 70m from the Grinstead Hill Ipswich road Junction west bound.
