30+ vehicles parked mainly on double yellow lines

5:50pm, 01/10/2020. In excess of 30 vehicles parked on the northwest side of Pettiwell. Most on double yellow lines, some have been abandoned there since the begining of the year. One vehicle in particular has the hedgerow growing over it. Another has large plastic containers of fluid left on its roof, these have been there for two weeks at least. The line of parked vehicles was so long that the three vehicles that had to wait for me to drive through had little space left behind them for another vehicle without the joining vehicle having to pull up on the Watlington Road. The owner of the garage that has generated this parking should provide adequate parking on their land or be closed down. This situation is far from acceptable and should be addressed.
