Dangerous parking and parking on grass verge

There are two vans parked on the corner of Birchfield Close. One always parks in this location causing a road hazard by parking on a lefty hand bend. This one also makes it impossible to walk down with a pushchair. The other one is on the drive but with the front wheels and bonnet on the pavement and the two together are causing an obstruction on the pavement. The one always parks with wheels on the grass verge. Could some posts be sited to prevent this dangerous parking?
